This week we will explore the power of boundaries. Setting, maintaining and adjusting boundaries takes practice. We will break down the concept and talk about why boundaries are critical to our effectiveness as leaders and our well-being. We will get underneath what can make setting, holding and adjusting boundaries tricky and discuss some strategies for dealing with what can get in our way. In our New Ventures West Segment, we will be joined by Marina Illich who is a certified Integral Coach and member of the New Ventures West Faculty and she will share expertise and experience on this topic. As we learn the power of boundaries and increase our ability to set, maintain and adjust them, we develop more capacity to stay in connection with ourselves and others. This is what being connected to our innerforce is all about. Join Angela kIng and Marina Illich to learn how.
This week we will explore the power of practicing courage. Courage isn’t something we are born with, it is something we can learn to cultivate. As we get familiar with how fear shows up for us in our lives, we can learn tricks of how engage with it so that we are in the drivers seat instead of making decisions based on fear. Any meaningful conversation about courage has to step into the territory of vulnerability, we will wade in and talk about why it matters in our leadership. In our New Ventures West Segment, we will be joined by Justin Wise, NVW senior faculty member and founder of Third Spacing Coaching in the UK who will share his vast experience and perspective on this topic. As we step into practicing courage, we can access deeper dimensions of ourselves, our teams and our individual and collective capacity. This is what being connected to our innerforce is all about. Join Angela King and Justin Wise to learn how.
